Magique Vitres d'Autos D.D.O. provides auto glass repair and replacement services, including but not limited to:

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all our services. Please note the following:

• ✓ Estimates are based on the information provided and may change upon physical inspection
• ✓ Prices may vary depending on vehicle make, model, and glass type required
• ✓ Additional services discovered during inspection will be communicated before proceeding

Appointments and Cancellations

When scheduling an appointment with us:

• • We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
• • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling if we cannot complete the service in the available time
• • We will contact you to confirm appointments and provide preparation instructions

Payment

Payment terms for our services:

• • Payment is due upon completion of services
• • We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards
• • For insurance claims, we bill your insurer directly; you are responsible for any applicable deductible

Warranty

All our auto glass installations are covered by a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship and seal integrity. This warranty:

• ✓ Covers installation defects, manufacturing defects, and seal leaks
• ✓ Remains valid for as long as you own the vehicle
• ✓ Is non-transferable to subsequent vehicle owners

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful service experience, customers agree to:

• ✓ Provide accurate information about their vehicle and the damage
• ✓ Disclose any known vehicle issues that may affect the service
• ✓ Follow post-installation care instructions provided by our technicians
• ✓ Wait at least one hour before driving after windshield replacement
• ✓ Avoid car washes and pressure washers for 48 hours after installation
• ✓ Report any warranty concerns promptly

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
• • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • We are not responsible for damage to vehicles caused by pre-existing conditions, rust, or corrosion
• • We are not liable for any items left inside the vehicle during service

Insurance Claims

When processing insurance claims on your behalf:

• • You authorize us to communicate with your insurance company
• • You are responsible for verifying your coverage before service
• • Any deductible or amount not covered by insurance is your responsibility
