What's Covered
Our limited lifetime warranty protects you against:

- ✓ Seal leaks — water leaks caused by faulty sealing
- ✓ Workmanship issues — any errors made during the service
Warranty Duration
Our limited lifetime warranty remains valid for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty is tied to the original vehicle owner and is non-transferable. If you sell or transfer ownership of the vehicle, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner.
What's Not Covered
To ensure transparency, here's what our warranty does not cover:
- ✕ Damage from accidents or collisions
- ✕ Vandalism, theft, or intentional damage
- ✕ Natural disasters (hail, floods, storms, ice)
- ✕ Chips or cracks from road debris after installation
- ✕ Leaks caused by vehicle body rust or deterioration
- ✕ Damage caused by improper use, modifications, or aftermarket installations
- ✕ Damage from car washes or pressure washers on fresh installations (within 48 hours)
- ✕ Stress cracks caused by extreme temperature changes
- ✕ Pre-existing damage not related to our installation
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have a warranty issue, here's how to get it resolved:
- 1 Contact us by phone or email with your original invoice or receipt
- 2 Describe the issue and send photos if possible
- 3 We'll assess the problem and schedule an appointment
- 4 If covered, we'll repair or replace at no charge
Most warranty claims are resolved within 24-48 hours. We never leave you waiting.
Important Conditions
To maintain warranty validity, please follow these guidelines:
- ✓ Wait at least one hour before driving after installation
- ✓ Avoid car washes and pressure washers for 48 hours
- ✓ Do not remove the retention tape for at least 24 hours
- ✓ Keep your original receipt or invoice as proof of service
